(More customer reviews)First, the good. This stuff is cold pressed. That's what you want, not molecular distilled type. Also, I have yet to notice an aftertaste.
Now, the bad. You really need to pay attention to the supplement facts, in particular the serving size and DHA\EPA values. While this product is advertised as 1,000 mg, the serving size is actually TWO PILLS (2,000mg)!!! For every TWO pills, you get 220mg DHA and 180mg of EPA, equalling 400mg of OMEGA-3. This means that EACH pill only has 200mg of DHA+EPA (=OMEGA-3). The other 800mg of oil in each pill is not the kind that provides OMEGA-3.
I felt that was rather tricky as most supplement facts are based on ONE pill, not two.
You want a high DHA + EPA value as this is the actual OMEGA-3 Count. The closer the DHA + EPA value is to the total oil amount, the better.
