(More customer reviews)I'm a vegetarian (plus milk, but not eggs), and getting enough protein is a concern. I've tried quite a few different protein powders and this is by far the best I have come across. It tastes good, and it also has the full spectrum of essential amino acids.
I've been using this product almost every day for nearly a year, and I still find it tasty. I often mix a dose with the milk I pour over my cereal in the morning, and for lunch I will often have a smoothie made from a banana, frozen berries, pineapple, ground flax seed, MLO, and milk. Yum!
