Great way to get veg-based protein without the saturated fat and cholesterol of any kind of beef, poultry, pork etc. Just mix with OJ, some flax oil and actually some brewer's yeast and your body will benefit immensely. I am 56 years old and weigh what I did in the 9th grade.
