I found the flavor to be somewhat average, with no significant after taste. It has whey protein as a main ingredient and is sweetened with maltitol which can have a laxitive effect if consumed in execess. Various ingredients are added for vitamin and mineral content. It contains almond butter. It is listed at 180 calories with 20 grams of protein. It contains palm kernal oil, and is listed as having 3 grams of saturated fat.
