(More customer reviews)Well, the product is good in flavor and fairly good at mixing into milk and water. The downfall of this product is the customer service behind it.
I contacted the company regarding a problem I had with the product and rather than handle my issue in a professional manner, it became an immediate argument. The accusatory manner, unprofessional demeanor and over all juvenile response to my valid concerns as a customer put a very bad taste in my mouth. There are so many products on the market that are as good if not much better without paying the price of extremely poor service.
