(More customer reviews)This product not only works quickly but it tastes good once you add the water. The biggest plus I found to the product is that you dont have to use a mixing container, just pour in mouth and swallow with water, they are individually packaged. As far as the aminos go it allows me to workout everyday if I wanted to. The recovery time was greatly diminished. I have tried other amino supplements and the only result I had was an upset stomach. This product has the right amount of BCAA's per serving....in my opinion.
